Seperti diketahui bencana gempa terbesar baru-baru ini melanda daerah Turki pada 23 Oktober 2011 lalu dengan 459 korban tewas dan sebanyak 2.262 bangunan runtuh. Dari peristiwa ini menarik perhatian takala seorang bayi berusia dua minggu berhasil diselamatkan dari reruntuhan bangunan setelah tertimbun selama 46 jam lamanya. Sedangkan legenda pada tanggal 26 oktober 2011 di Turki berakibat terjadi kerusuhan akibat kepanikan di penjara yang terletak di bagian timur kota Van, Turki. (ard/int)
